What is Bath Tea?

How long should I brew in the bath tea?

Facial Steam
You can also use as a facial steam by emptying the contents into a large bowl of boiling water and draping a towel over your head to create a tent and allow the steam and herbs work their magic. Steaming is beneficial not only for our skin, but also for our mind, spirit, and respiratory system.
